My Philosophy
What does life
mean to you?
"I once searched hard for an answer. What I found was this: life can be an adventure, or it can be nothing at all. It can be a journey — where the destination matters far less than the scenery along the way, and the mood in which you witness it."Begin a Conversation
I am curious about your answer. And if we have the chance to walk a stretch of that journey together, my hope is not to give you answers, but to help you find your own.
Together, we create a space for exploring what lies beneath — your thoughts, your feelings, the places that feel stuck, the questions that won't stay quiet. And when you walk out of the consulting room, my wish is that you can become whoever you most want to be.
That is why I became a counsellor. Not to fix, not to advise — but to be genuinely present, curious, and alongside you.
Before counselling, I spent 18 years in corporate management — roles that were high-performing on the outside and quietly searching on the inside. That lived experience of navigating pressure, expectations, and the invisible weight of unasked questions is part of what I bring into the room with you.
